Taboo - among the darkest of dark red roses. Nice material for a rose photographer.

This red rose picture was used in The Fabulous Life Of SuperModels, screening on Vh1 aired internationally. The Barkarole rose evidently, along with Port Wine are the parents of the rose Heidi Klum.

This early shot of the rose Taboo was a bit of a breakthrough for me in shooting red roses with early digital cameras. It was taken with a now obsoleted Kodak which proved to consistently capture the reds. It COULD be done!!
